Pros
Majority of the company is based in one open plan office in Berlin, allows colleagues to see and feel part of the whole team. But we are also very well connected with our colleagues in Brasil and in the US. Friendly atmosphere and my really cool boss from whom I can learn a lot. Company work drinks in and out of office, typically every Friday evening. The management people including C-level are very approachable.
Cons
ad2games allows well trained staff to leave too easily sometimes. At the beginning of my career at ad2games my salary was not very attractive but meanwhile (after my) promotion it is very nice. Ideally the salary is from the beginning of everyone's career on a good level.
