A company that may not survive - Auditor acxell Employee Review

Pros

When I worked there, the staff was friendly and I did not find the work too stressful, but that depends on the managers of each team. However, due primarily to the arrest of the company founder and owner for federal tax evasion and his pending incarceration, the reputation of the firm has taken a huge hit. Over the past few months, staff and managers were terminated in order to "right size" the company over loss of clients. If the company does survive, it will be as a smaller version of its former self.

Cons

Job candidates can take a chance and work for this company but always keep your resume updated. It may not be long before the company "hit man" terminates you.

Pros

Really great work, good networking and connections, learned some useful information I don’t think I’ll be able to take elsewhere. The CEO is one the smartest people I’ve ever met. He’s insanely passionate about his work. It’s admirable to watch.

Cons

Benefits are eh but I think overall it’s a job you can work from home unless you’re travelling from client to client

Pros

One pro of working with P&G Associates is it's a good company to start an auditing career to gain experience and knowledge within the field. A second pro of working for this company is the on the job training helps prepare the auditor for working independently, as well as with team members, on different audit areas. A third pro is that if you excel in your job performance it will get rewarded with an end of the year bonus, raise, and possible job promotion. A fourth pro is that the company offers great benefits. My final pro for working with P&G Associates is the office culture is great, and the employees are all friendly and easy to get along. Everyone is willing to help each other.

Cons

My one con about P&G Associates is the travel requirements. We were only in the office one day, maybe two days on rare occasions, and the remainder of the week we would be traveling to clients. Clients were all over NY, NJ, and PA. Sometimes with public transportation or traffic, traveling could turn into 6 hours of traveling to and from a client depending on the location.
