      Some people from the company were friendly

      Cons

      No career opportunities, if you are a relative or you have good relations with useful people, you are promoted and you have a good salary, overtime work is not paid, no benefits, no new technologies. Very poor conditions to work.

      Nice comfortable office in central part of the city, friendly people, competitive salary, possibilities for professional self-improvement, freedom to make own business decisions.

      Cons

      No centralized management, no enterprise based standards for employees' duties and clients' relationship. No employee-benefit program. Weak security policy.
