      Pros

      - I eventually got some experience in the React ecosystem and Python, but I could have gained a lot more somewhere else. - There are nice people... who you will interact with via video call

      Cons

      - Bench time, this resulted in a waste of about a year of my career, was very boring and I couldn't leave because I didn't yet have enough experience. - Below-average pay across the board despite 9-6pm expectation, no real inflation correction - Lackluster projects and no choice - Market downturns... - Lack of culture. Everyone works from home except maybe one day a month in London (not good for learning early in your career when everything is via video call). I was lonely here. - People leaving, what is there to look forward to?

      Pros

      Zühlke is an excellent if not that well known consultancy offering deep expertise in data, AI, software and digital transformation. Great people to work with, lots of training, mentoring and meet-ups.

      Cons

      Until recently a global Swiss based hierarchical style got in the way of some UK activities but this has since been acknowledged and revised
