      1) Zynga provides very good starting compensation. 2) Along with awesome compensation you will get amazing benefits like awesome free food, trips every quarter. 3) You will get to work with highly passionate people

      Cons

      If you work at Zynga, you will be expected to work for long working hours. You will not have work life balance but this is not that bad after all.

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
