      Incompetent management, no autonomy, promotions are based on facetime and who are your friends factors, long hours, stated values and reality could not be further from each other

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
