      * Good Perks (Food, Arcade Games, gym, etc.,) , Projects / Skills look great on resume. * Challenging Projects. * Smart Folks. * Good Creative Freedom. * Technology driven approach. * Great Opportunity to build skill set even within the company.

      Cons

      * Work/Life balance for most part is just right, on occasion during crunch time can tend to shift the other way * Company has grown big but has maintained a startup culture. * Being a big company, there are a overlapping projects across multiple teams.

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
