HR strategy is weak: most of hired people has very basic skills and are not familiar with industry specifics. Low quality of products and implementation, company prefer to hire sales guys and C-level management rather than developers and engineers. Huge wage gap between top management and ordinary staff. Poor corporate culture. Seems like management is more interested in selling company rather than developing and improving it. Departments can be shut down with no reason, even if their product was advertised to all clients as innovative. Decisions are often made emotionally which creates a lot of confusion inside of the teams. Huge reputation risks for these who works towards the clients due to very weak support of top management, product and implementation teams. Bonuses are only promised but never payed.
