      Pros

      A few decent people worked there, but most have moved on.

      Cons

      Cons - there are too many to list them all. Incompetent management, drama between two women ALL THE TIME!, back stabbing on a daily basis, lack of work ethic, pompous mgt, the most disorganized place I have ever worked, drama = arguing, talking down to people, rumors, yelling, those who believe they are above all others, drinking in the office (shots and beer), fudging numbers, etc.. This is a lot of stuff for an office of a total of 10 people. Crazy!

      Pros

      Small "family-owned" feel with the perks and resources of a larger company. Lots of smart people to learn from (and access to those people). Management that wants you to succeed. Fair pay. Exposure to different cultures and nationalities.

      Cons

      Company is growing rapidly so expect to wear multiple hats and feel some pressure depending on your position. Some employees "out in the field" so not always aware of each person.
