I've been with Zuub for a while now, and overall, I am very happy with my role as the Director of Customer Success. The company culture is collaborative, supportive, and truly values its employees. The leadership team is approachable and open to feedback, and there's a strong sense of camaraderie among colleagues. Zuub has given me the opportunity to work with talented professionals and has provided me with the resources I need to be successful in my role. The work-life balance is great, and I feel empowered to lead my team to success.

Cons

While I am satisfied with my position and the work environment, one area for improvement is career development. I would appreciate more structured growth opportunities and clearer pathways for advancement within the company. Having access to more professional development resources would help me continue to grow in my role and stay motivated for the future.

- Positive work environment - Leader in this type of product - C-suites are always willing to hear you out with ideas/feedback - You have the ability to help create/streamline scalable processes

- Typical startup growing pains - Remote only so there is little interaction between teams

Pros

The leadership that’s currently at the VP and Director level should be the ones running the company.

Cons

Poor pay, poor benefits (no matched 401k, no remote work stipends, etc), constant layoffs (4 in the past 2 years and no severance)
