Extremely family friendly, flexible organisation, striving to support employees in both work life and home life. Has been fantastic to staff during lockdown / pandemic, really understanding and supportive. Big focus on mental health, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion. Real customer focus in all areas of the business.

Like many organisations, legacy IT platforms are a challenge, to say the least - many systems, many processes and problems getting enough data out of them
