Relatively good benefits package and salary, although this has slipped in the last 12 months. The company does a lot for charity.
Cons
Constant Redundancy Programmes (Be prepared to be at risk...A LOT!) Unclear strategy. Lack of investment. Under Resourced which has an impact on work/life balance. Poor behaviours at country level. A lot of poor managers in the UK Business Unit that lack the right training and behaviours to carry out their roles effectively. Lack of opportunities to progress (although promised). Lack of recognition. Outdated IT systems and software. Unable to keep pace with its competitors. Large exodus of employees that have decided to jump ship in the last 12 months. Sorry Zurich but you're losing your way, and losing some great employees to more attractive companies in the process :(
