Management are completely out of touch with their staff. So many things are promised by them halfheartedly and then when they are challenged on it they simply either ignore complaints or deny ever having made any sort of promise. There are no perks any more. No employee recognition, no Friday drinks - absolutely zero culture. Management don't seem to care about the well being of their employees at all.
