Great opportunity for those who want to develop leadership skills or become a leader.
Cons
Sometimes expectations can be unrealistic and too many "organic approaches" to process improvements when past data and history have already shown that it doesn't work. Sometimes new ideas don't gain traction if there is nothing familiar about it.
