Narcissistic owner - Solutions Architect Zunesis Employee Review

When I started with Zunesis I was brand new to the industry. It takes a supportive team and a caring/talented leader to open the door to success for someone with little to no knowledge. Every single person here is genuinely interested in the success of every other person. We all work hard, and because of that, I am basically left to do my work. No micro-management, only guidance. Greatness is accomplished here through hard work, expectations, goals, drive, and work ethic.

Work ethic and the desire to succeed are imperative. If you don't have that, you might not be a fit.

Everyone I worked with was great. The CEO pushed me to be better and was willing to spend time to help me make that happen. Respect was equally given. If you give respect to the people here they will show it back. Even though I am no longer at the company I am still close with most of the people I worked with. Which speaks to the character to the atmosphere of the company. I learned alot while working here and then I would recommend it to anyone. I left on good terms with everyone.

I don't have much to say here. Most of the Cons said by some of the other reviews I disagree with. Salary was fair and commission was great. Work life balance wasn't bad. The ability to work from home once a week was nice. The relationship I had with everyone in leadership was great. I had a lot of respect for them. Again give respect and you will receive it. That really made my time at Zunesis great.
