      Flat organization; lots of opportunity to learn and grow. Amazing employees and bosses. Very supportive and collaborative. Flex hours.

      Cons

      Workload can get quite heavy during fall, winter and spring seasons. Work is also cyclical, summers can be quite relaxed.

      Friendly people. Small team where your decision really make a difference, but you'll need to build up the trust of seniors.

      Cons

      No career advancement. Timeline is always short in terms of product delivery. Low pay. Some overtime without pay.
