This company is not at all transparent about the HR policies. They hid such important information from me regarding my salary deductions and incentives. One of my friend referred me here and so i gave the interview over the phone and google meet. I got selected then i asked them to share the offer letter and HR policies regarding deductions and incentives. They kept on telling me that the deductions are very nominal they won’t even matter to you, so u join the job we will let you know about it in the induction. Then when i joined the organisation they said they will tell about deductions after training, which was of 7 days and 9 hours each day. We used to sit free most of the time in training doing nothing. I used to ask them daily about deductions but they kept on saying our construction work is going on so orientation will be held post training. On my 10 th day in the organisation they told me that if I don’t achieve my targets by 50% then they will only pay me salary proportionate to my targest achieved. For ex: if I achieve 40% targets i will get only 40% of my salary. Basically they can deduct upto 60% of your salary based on your target achievement. they did not bother to tell all this to me even after 10 days of joining. Super unprofessional work ethics. And them when they finally told me about the deductions i went the next day to tell them that I cannot continue and that you should’ve told me this earlier, and guess what, the CMO of the company Ms. Apoorva Nagpal told me to get out of the office in a very unpleasant way and also abused me. Extremely unprofessional organisation.
