Good technology and story Good customer base

Field sales not given enough time to develop local business - and are then fired!!! Disgraceful support. Lack of respect given to existing customers. Finding it very hard to retain existing customers - lots of time spent trying to get renewals. Poor marketing messaging - still no proper solution for BYOD devices - when competition is catching up very fast. Unreliable data centres - problems with GeoIP databases etc.
