Worst company I have ever been to - Anonymous employee Zotalabs Employee Review

I wish I would have received my salary even after 2 months of leaving the company, so that I could have said that, they’ll anyway pay you in the end. “NO PROS”

This organisation is full of CONS. 1. No time management 2. No plan 3. Worst management 4. Show- Off is the only thing that works 5. Trying to make the company a parent company even before it’s well established in itself. 6. 7 days of working 7. Be ready to receive a call any hour even in the night. 8. 4-5 hours of meetings, full of plannings but no way to execute. 9. They will ask you to send emails , Instagram Dms and even whatsapp the leads they get, with no botheration of your post. 10. They will never give you the salary on time and if you leave the organisation for this reason you won’t get it ever. 11. They will start targeting you if you’ll ask for the salary all over again. . Countless* CONS

You get scammed and makes you lose faith in the entire startup ecosystem

The founders have no idea about how to run a business. They are some mediocre wannabe entrepreneurs and all they are doing at this point is scamming the people. Even after 1.5 years, their platform is nowhere near ready. I can't even remember how many times they have rescheduled the launch. Even the core team members keep changing except the one founder. Salary- Well the bar is already low but you wouldn't even get that, they will keep making false promises and will never give you the money for your hard work. Stay away from this scam.
