Pros
- 24 leaves/year. - Coffee Machine and a small cafe. - Manager/Director recognises your hard work. - Employees are very friendly. - You can take leadership at a young age. - The salary/package is good for a starting role. - Yearly 1-2 office outings. And team lunch.
Cons
- No remote work option - Some managers do a lot of micromanagement, but that itself will be a life-learning experience. You need to be lucky to work with some good managers. Overall, I felt this to be ok with after 2 years of leaving this company. - There exists a company stock investment, and when the so-called CPU points are awarded instead of money for appraisal, it is very annoying. You can't take out the full money from the stock/CPU anytime. Only when the window opens and x/48th of the portion. - Work-life balance is very hard to maintain.
