Terrible and chaotic structure and management. The new employees are thrown in the middle of a tense working atmosphere and expected to perform excellent if they want to remain in the company. Promises of promotion at the start of the contract are soon forgotten and used against you if you remind them. The editorial desk is managed by three people who overlap each other's functions and are personally confronted, creating uncertainty in the floor. If one of them tells/promises you something, it will never happen as this decision may be in conflict with the other 2, and it will hit you back.
