-No clear strategy at all. No real product roadmap, hired a good number of sales roles then didn’t scale other resources. Indecisive executive leadership with no clear directive on where the company is heading. New initiatives are rolled out almost weekly on a whim with very little communication and then it’s never completed. Very short sighted. -Extremely unqualified management in certain areas of the business that have very little experience scaling an organization however are making important decisions for the business -Very poor enablement and onboarding -Does not value creativity or constructive feedback -Product is average at best. There is a real issue with product market fit. Can’t figure out which personas to sell to. Solves a super niche problem - limited number of businesses that need a solution like this. -Heavily activity driven culture focused on the wrong KPIs, very into micromanaging
