happy to leave this. The leadership here really listens.

Not much growth, as leadership is so good.

Remote work & unlimited PTO is a plus, but they did try to mandate back to office work for Toronto employees a few times.

The junior & associate-level employees carry the company. If everyone left, upper-management would not have a clue how to do our jobs. Salaries are also way below industry standard.
