Re: base pay and management styles, we actively review our compensation structures to ensure they stay competitive and aligned with the value our teams deliver. As for micromanagement, we’re focused on coaching leaders to strike the right balance between support and autonomy—something we also emphasize in our training and onboarding for new team members. Hopefully there is a balance you and your manager can reach together.
