Pros

The best DaaS in the game.

Cons

The lack of Salesforce automation has employees looking over endless reports to find leads that haven't been worked to death in the last six months. After making Salesforce automation recommendations my outbound number suddenly changed to one based in Jamaica. Only internal IT support has the edit permissions to do this. I was given an agreement to sign stating I would work over 70 hrs a week and give up my free time. If you have a family or like to take care of yourself this isn't the place for you.

Thank you for leaving us a quick review. By no means do we train our team to use dishonest sales tactics. Several things you stated are incorrect about our processes. SDRs have assigned accounts/categories and are expected to call 100 times a day on inbound and customers are called only 15 times across 45 days. There is no way that you were given any contract to sign for OT, giving up your free time, and having to work OT and not getting paid is not tolerated or condoned here. We've asked managers to be more intentional with how they are approving overtime. As an hourly non-exempt, you cannot work more than 9 hours per day unless you get approval for overtime. Gaining approval before taking overtime has always been a requirement. We are sorry that you could not thrive in our environment and wish you the best in your next career endeavor.

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Cons

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
