Pros

I have found so many positive aspects of my career at ZoomInfo, but to name a few; My work is challenging I am allowed to have a flexible schedule which ensures my work life and family life both thrive I work with extremely talented teams within the full organization (not just my team, which also rocks) They promote kindness, inclusion, and open-mindedness I have the resources I need to do my job correctly (or I know who to go to when I don't have them) I have met some of the best friends in my life at ZoomInfo I understand this might not be the same experience everyone has here at ZoomInfo but I do know a lot of us who work hard and put ourselves out there feel this way!

Cons

Often times teams can change and it can be a little off putting in the middle of projects when you have to start over with a new hire, new person on the team. (Not the worst thing but can throw a wrench in the mix!) I must say it's very hard to think of cons in my current position!

Thank you for submitting your feedback on working at ZoomInfo. We’re happy to hear you have enjoyed your time with us thus far. We understand the needs of each employee are different. Coming out of the last year, we quickly realized that offering flexible working hours and hybrid remote working schedules was imperative if we wanted to grow diverse teams and offer our colleagues an equitable and inclusive experience. We’ve recently recommitted to our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts and feel very proud of the work we have done thus far. Over 30% of our employee base is involved in an Employee Resource Group. We have onboarded a diversity recruiter to help build diverse teams and have built diversity goals into leadership objectives to ensure this is an ongoing effort. Inclusivity is a huge part of our culture and we will continue to find new and innovative ways to push the envelope. We hear you regarding teams changing. This is certainly a growing pain we have experienced through the fast expansion that we are currently working to resolve. Should you have any additional feedback on your employment experience, please send it to hrfeedback@zoominfo.com. – The ZoomInfo Employee Experience Team

Pros

ZoomInfo has an incredible company culture that truly stands out-- even working remotely, you feel connected and part of something bigger. The company has a strong focus on being a leader in its space and is constantly innovating, which keeps the work exciting and meaningful. There is a genuine willingness to let ideas and concepts flourish, and employees are empowered to contribute in real ways. I am coming up on four years here, which speaks for itself-- this is a place where you can grow, get promoted quickly, and build a real career. The development resources are outstanding, including McKinsey Leadership programs, internal leadership courses, and LinkedIn Learning. Managers are supportive and invested in your success which makes showing up to work exciting

Cons

At times, communication between departments can be a challenge at the individual contributor level, which can make cross-functional collaboration feel a bit siloed. Additionally, there is still work to be done around diversity in leadership-- increasing representation of people of color and women in leadership roles would make an already great culture even stronger.

Pros

Great management in the CS org. Very little micromanagement, and lets you do your job as you see fit. Promotes work life balance and tend to be real people. Collaborative teams, usually willing to help each other out wherever needed. Good room for growth if you are performing well and are vocal about wanting to move up.

Cons

Salary could be higher for the market, and for how many products you are expected to work with and specialize in. Communication from marketing and leadership directly to clients could be more effectively communicated to the client facing roles prior to reaching the client.

Thank you for sharing your experience in the CS organization and for all you've done for ZoomInfo. I'm proud of the culture of collaboration and support that we've worked hard to build, so it's wonderful to hear that it's paying off for you. I believe that people do their best work when they're empowered; and that means autonomy, flexibility and freedom to get creative. That's how we innovate. I appreciate your candid feedback on cross-functional communication and product complexity. Platform simplification is an important near term goal for the whole company, and we're investing to move in the right direction. Thank you again for your feedback. It's helping us continue improving how we support our teams and equip client-facing employees for success. – Whitney Littman, ZoomInfo VP of Customer Success
