* Constant attrition due to senior management constantly letting go of high valued and high performing employees. In my time I saw a series of managers, execs, and principal engineers constantly being let go. Many were high performers or had been at the company 10+ years, but management at ZoomInfo is short sighted and is only aiming to maximize each quarter's profit rather than long term investment.
* Company is outsourcing high paying tech jobs to lower cost countries (e..g. Israel)
* Culture is quite toxic and aggressive. There are many for-profit companies who make tons of money but still manage to have a great culture. ZoomInfo is not one of these.
