Pros
ZoomInfo has an Incredible corporate culture - it's fun, challenging, rewarding, and inclusive. There are few companies, if any, where you can make a difference, no matter your role or tenure (recently, an entry-level employee 3 months into their role set the course for a new corporate initiative). The work, while challenging, is rewarding in that you're constantly learning and growing in your career. There is a real focus on offering not just career training opportunities, but relevant social and inclusivity training to make better employees, but more importantly better people for the community. ZoomInfo has a customer first mentality, and is constantly "defining new possibles" as we look to innovate and deliver more value to our clients. It's in this pursuit that we focus on working together because good enough, just isn't good enough. As if all of that wasn't rewarding enough, you'll enjoy the people you work with. Oh yeah, and the pay, benefits and flexible PTO policy are all great too.

What's not to like? It's hard to find any cons working for one of the fastest growing companies where every employee has a measurable impact on our collective success.
