Pros

- CEO and (some) mid-level managers are truly good-natured and intentioned - GREAT, innovative - Job perks are mostly on par with other Silicon Valley startups

Cons

- Poor management on both C-level and mid-level will slowly but surely hinder the company. There are some kind, talented, and caring managers but there are just as many old-fashioned sales slime (generally ex-WebEx people and the like) who are looking to make a buck and without regard to their people or the company - Innovation is mostly limited to product, other areas are very far behind the times and they struggle to catch up despite pressure from below

Pros

Nothing about this company is worth noting.

Cons

One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
