Cons
Where do I even begin? Zong has to be one of the worst employers out there. There is no focus on growth or development. Employees are expected to sit on their seats from 9-6 (timings have to be followed strictly), and work. Talking to colleagues is frowned upon. There is an immense amount of undue and unneeded pressure and tension. You can't even leave for the washroom without informing your superior (absurd!). HR treats employees as if they're school children. And there is an IMMENSE amount of policing - even when the management is not in office, there is a feeling of being watched. And the office, how comfortable it might be from the inside - is just too far away from civilization.
