Pros
Employees themselves posses enough talent to acquire members, most have multi-certs, years of experience, and are fit themselves.
Cons
Management couldn’t be much more embarrassing to work for. Constant “issues” with cancellations, bad business practices, bounced checks, if dumpster fire was a picture. Reviews are so bad not many new members are walking in to be able to pitch PT for. And when they do they usually walk out due to overpriced, non-consumer friendly contracts being pushed by “breathe down your neck” sales tactics. Also a restructure in pay for the remaking clubs when the 4th club in less than 18months close down makes it hard for employees to pay bills.
