      Not really anything distinctive besides

      Cons

      CXO suite in HR/Finance is very old style and not adapted to technology Work culture is very bad and expects to work like slaves even on saturdays. People are expected to work 12 hrs a day without overtime and have created atoxic work culture

      Pros

      There is a great deal of flexibility and a refreshing absence of micromanaging. Leadership is earnest and will give you the tools needed to succeed, provided you know what they are and aren't afraid to be direct and ask for them.

      Cons

      Lack of training, which is why this is a great spot for an experienced sales rep. If you know your way around a data center you are on the road to success!
