Pros
The team was quite helpful when I joined, especially in the initial days. I got good exposure in handling different types of customer calls, which really helped me improve my communication. The process was clear, so it was easy to understand what was expected. Overall, it’s a decent place to start if you’re new to a voice process role.
Cons
At times, the call volume gets high which can be tiring.
