Pros
An amazing company with great products and really cool team concept. Benefits are good and commission plan is really good.
Cons
Leadership are managment skills are really weak and outdated. No offense to the industry but their mentality is like a 1980s used car salesman. I would recommend it based solely on the products and the pay but just note the leadership needs lots of work to be a good place to work.
