I can not find a single reason why you should even spend a minute of your time here, let alone any pros to working here.
Cons
The management is tech illiterate and doesn't know what they are asking for. Also it's just a poorly ventilated office tucked away in a side of a building. There are no fixed working hours and you will end up spending atleast 70 hours a week in office. No one stays and usually people leave in 1-2 months.
