      Pros

      -It's very easy to see the impact of your work. -World-class team leadership. -Smart, talented, awesome, fun and nice people in every team. -Excellent company culture: people work and have fun together. Weekly company lunch, soccer team, happy hours...etc

      Cons

      -The stakes are high like in any other startup. Prepare for a wild ride.
