Good team , enjoyed working with everyone. Initial startup company and everyone coordinate well to deliver the product. Since it is small company, easy to interact with all business stakeholders

Under estimate on project delivery and over commitment to business. Sometime make stress to people and unforeseen future plan before launching the product. Parallel move, lets business into more expectations.
