Pros
The best part of the company was the fact that it does exude the typical elements you would find in an agency. The agency culture was good while it lasted. Pay was appropriate for an agency in Lexington.
Cons
After only working there for a month, the other designer left (yay for her!) but i was left to carry her client load. Management put in a poor effort of hiring other people because both of the senior employees were leaving very soon after. Besides the owner (who was constantly absent for who knows why) i was the oldest person working at the agency. Leaving me to do almost everything. I don't even think this agency is running anymore, tbh.
