Did not understand the hierarchical structure. There was too much radio fuzz around what assignments were headed up by who and when they were to be completed- there was severe incoherence!

A real eye-opener to the shady side of startups.

- CTO was a glorified backend developer with a shiny title. - They had zero process or structure for developing a product. I had to be acting project manager and went around extracting specifications from CTO to designer. - CEO loves to point fingers and tried to add more work to the contract after it was signed. Here's the best part: It's 2017 and I still haven't been paid. Yup, that's right. I'm told they are still out of funding and can't afford it. I guess having disagreements with the CEO is considered an act of treason.
