I have worked at ZipCap for several months now, and I can attest to the fact that you'll learn a LOT here. I have learned more in the months that I have been working here than I could imagine learning anywhere else. The work here is demanding enough to be challenging and exciting but reasonable enough so that you can have a great work-life balance. If you work here at any level, you'll surely be collaborating with the C's and you'll always feel like you are doing something purposeful.

ZipCap currently does not offer some perks such as 401K and Health insurance that other employers provide, but they are planning to add these as soon as they expand

The environment is challenging in the best possible way - exciting mission, progressive tech, difficult problems to solve, very dynamic, positive, smart and capable team. Loving it!

Startups are not for everybody, you have to share the passion for building new products. You will have an impact, and you better be ready to jockey few things at the same time. But to me that's the gravy.
