Pros
Superficially likeable people, which means they are treating you good and with respect. However, I do not think that people are looking for just some people to hang out with, I guess they want security and money. This job might be an opportunity for people without a higher education like a university degree. People who like to work on commission and who want to train people who only work on commission. That being said, such enterprises are all over the place and they have a high labor turn-over, since it is similar to a MLM. Whoever applies to a position at Zip needs to be aware of that.
Cons
They try to get people with higher education for a job which doesn't require any education, but only some common sense and the basic ability to learn. They don't offer any benefits and they don't offer a fixed salary. Their interview process is very vague, they present their positions as somewhat challenging, while in fact it is not. Anyway, only take this job if you desperatly need something. (The same goes for Grayson, Selfmademarketing and other "Marketing" firms in teh Bay Area)
