      Pros

      - solid comp & exceeding targets - team culture - demonstrated path for promotion & growth (BDR -> AE, midmarket accounts to enterprise) - in office flexibility - business model & product is amazing

      Cons

      - a lot of visibility from leadership - pros & cons to this of course - team changes - org is constantly changing, manager shifts, etc. - depends on team but work/life balance could be better (dependent on manager too)

      Company has a great product that customers love. Each person has a lot of ownership and can create their own growth past as we are growing so fast and have tons of opportunity

      If you are not ready to roll up your sleeves then this is not the right place for you.
