Pros
It's a great place to work. Everyone is super nice, and there is a great chemistry and atmosphere in the work place. You have the potential to make ALOT of money, but you better be ready to bust your ass. This job make you realize what type of career you want. If you are passionate about sales, then this is you. If you're not, then you will leave. But give it time. It's a recruiting agency, so you are going to be cold calling alot at first. However, this job will give you the skills to talk to CTO's and CEO's. It is really great for your personal growth. I worked there for two months, and though it wasn't for me, I learned many skills that helped me land a great job shortly after I left. (I'm a person that has to work outside) If you have a competitive spirit in a sales sense, than try it out. Also, VERY rewarding when you succeed. And when you do succeed, management and co-workers are right there to high-five you and take you out for drinks. Positive experience.
Cons
Work sucks. Cold calling people who really don't want to hear from you. However, this is just the challenge that makes success even more rewarding. And after a while, you will develop relationships with companies that will use you when they need hiring. This will cut down on your cold calling.
