Heading offshore product development - General Manager Zintec Software Employee Review

I didn't sense any pros. Worst management who pays to employees in biased way. Mostly people get hired here through reference if the person is outside of there network they don't get preference in anything, specially in terms of hike and internal opportunities. The only thing they do if you demand for the hike that you deserve is they will start sending mails about your office working hours so that you won't raise your voice again for hike. Good appraisal is dream here.

Plenty are there. I worked with bunch of idiots for maddy coupons project in this company. Within 3 months i resigned due there worst behavior like making me to work for extra working hours with out paying any incentive. No payroll nothing just they pay amount by hand. I tried for internal opportunity but they didn't prefer me cause i didn't have any reference. No Saturday holiday nothing(for the peanut salary that they are paying its too much to come on Saturdays).

Waste of time to discuss about pros of this company, most the reviews given here are fake.

No matter how much you work they don't pay you well. Once i realized that immediately i left this organization. They prefer to pay the people known to them and move closely to them but not to the people working hard. I am pretty sure still some people are there in this organization who is been hanging for some years without doing any work on daily basis. Major thing they don't inform any that there would be 6 working days per week unlike other companies. Once you joined into this company it would become big headache to you and you will lose your personal life.
