Pros
Pension and Health care. Solid company. It will remain there well into the future.
Cons
Constantly put down. You are a number doing a number.. putting good workers with lads who don't care and are left to pick up the slack. Increasing output which puts pressure on staff but if they make a honest mistake , you are on your own.
