Pros
Despite management issues, many frontline employees are supportive and create strong bonds with each other. Some team members have managed to build lasting professional relationships that extend beyond their tenure at the company.
Cons
The company's penny-pinching mentality permeates every aspect of operations, creating an atmosphere of unnecessary constraint. The parking situation adds to the frustration for employees, as there is no designated parking space. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis, forcing many employees to park approximately 1.11 kilometers away and walk to the office building each day. The workplace environment is further compromised by inappropriate behavior, as the left area of the office space near the entrance has been observed being used by some employees for romantic encounters.
Internally, the workplace is deeply affected by politics and favoritism, with little regard for merit or capability. There is no meaningful work culture, and morale is consistently low. A major concern is the behavior of certain managers, particularly a marketing manager, who tend to be excessively controlling and domineering toward their subordinates. This often crosses into unprofessional and intimidating conduct, with particular discomfort reported in how female employees are treated. He is notably active in prying into female employees' personal lives rather than maintaining a professional environment.
Additionally, many employees are not adequately prepared for client-facing roles, struggling to meet expected standards. Leadership does little to address these systemic issues.
Compensation remains extremely low, despite the company charging clients several times more for the same work. Altogether, the environment feels mismanaged, undervalued, and in urgent need of accountability and cultural reform.
