Good compensation and great benefits. Very flexible and casual work place. Working here is fun, most of the time (and depending on your role/team). The legacy-Telligent team members are AMAZING, but legacy-Zimbra team members are more difficult to work with.

Can be very frustrating, and difficult to get certain things done due to bottle-necking in management, and LOTS of budget constraints.
