      It’s a turnover factory and a basket case of a company with clueless leadership Morale amongst employees is very low and they are unable to retain decent talent or provide decent career opportunities

      true remote work for those who like it not a grind culture

      Cons

      Shell of a culture plagued by childish toxicity and insecurity at every level. No accountability, aimless, and incompetent. Unanimous lack of conviction/confidence in the product (zilliqa blockchain, ecosystem projects, etc.) and team members. Feels like everyone inside is in on a grift and just desperately dancing till the music stops.
