Pros
Some great individuals that you'll meet, but it won't last as they like to get rid of the good working ppl and keep the horrible ones
Cons
Management has no sense of direction and doesn't know anything. This manager was hired and once hired he didn't like me or took the effort to get to know me. For such a small company, they are completely oblivious to what is going on in their own organization. Eventually got fired for making too much and I know lots of other people ave left as well since I left. Certainly the worst experience I had.
