Company that is going places - Manager Zilch Technology Employee Review

Joined only last week. Interview process was quick and with real decision makers. Onboarding process was very slick. Joined and within first week had presentation by CEO to new joiners, and joined broader company all hands call. Company is fast paced so have managed to interact with people from across firm throughout the week. There is a real focus on delivery and success on behalf of customers. Have so far found everyone to be engaged, open and outcome driven. Wide range of IT tools used to support quick engagement/rapid interaction. Offices and environment are setup to align to culture. Dedicated offices in WeWork site provide guaranteed desks/offices/meeting rooms and flex to use WeWork shared areas/meeting rooms. Hybrid working model works well and is used throughout the firm pretty consistently.
